Terms of Service
These terms describe access to SignalReview during the payment-disabled pilot and the conditions that would apply to a separately approved future paid launch.
1. Service Description
SignalReview provides structured sports intelligence through a Fresh Match Board, a 30-row Quant Passport, a four-agent challenge, an Orchestrator Verdict, and retained Saved Reviews.
SignalReview provides analytical and informational content only. The service does not provide certainty, guaranteed outcomes, bookmaker services, or financial advice.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Pilot access is free, bounded, and may require an invitation or account eligibility. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if abuse is detected or these terms are violated.
3. Payment-Disabled Pilot
Payment collection is currently disabled during the pilot.
No checkout, billing order, subscription purchase, or renewal is available while this state remains disabled.
Pricing shown during the pilot is non-binding product-validation context and is not an offer to charge or collect payment.
4. Future Paid Launch
If paid launch is enabled later, checkout will present the applicable plan, price, billing interval, payment provider, and refund terms before purchase.
A future paid launch requires separate product approval and does not change the payment-disabled state described in these terms until checkout is actually enabled.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected functionality, scrape the platform at scale, resell access without written permission, or use SignalReview in violation of applicable law.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use analytics shown in the dashboard.
6. Analytics Disclaimer
Confidence bands and dashboard signals are decision-support context, not certainty. SignalReview does not guarantee future match outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
The SignalReview product, interface, software, analysis format, brand assets, and dashboard content are owned by SignalReview or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your active access period.
8. Limitation of Liability
SignalReview is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalReview is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the service or reliance on dashboard information.
9. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms or modify the service as the product evolves. Continued use of SignalReview after changes means you accept the updated terms.
