Provider Evidence, Artifact Binding Integrity, and Quant Passport Diagnostics may be complete, partial, unavailable, or blocked. Missing or mismatched evidence remains visible and must not be interpreted as positive evidence.

Confidence bands describe bounded model context. They do not remove uncertainty, volatility, data latency, or model limitations.
